DIAL-A-RIDE

Where do you want to go?     Let Dial-a-Ride take you there!

Dial-a-Ride
Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb, shared ride transportation service provided by TCTD with the help of dedicated volunteers and partnership organizations.

You may use Dial-a-Ride for all your local transportation needs. You can, of course, get to all your business and medical appointments. Plus Dial-a-Ride can get you to social events, to visit friends and around town to do your shopping.


Riding Dial-a-Ride is Easy

Do you need a ride around town . . .? You can call a dispatcher at 1-800-815-8283 at least 2 hours in advance when you need a ride (plan ahead whenever possible) to reserve your trip. Someone will be available to take your reservation Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except holidays.

Rides are available to everyone with priority seating given to seniors and disabled. All of our vans are wheelchair accessible. Service days and times are expanding, so please call for current service hours and days.

Personal Care Attendants

Personal Care Attendants If you need assistance during your trip, a personal care attendant may be registered with our system and travel with you free of charge.

  • Wear your seat belt
  • Be ready to go, the driver can only wait 5 minutes
  • No smoking, eating or drinking is allowed in the vans
  • 3 bag carry-on limit
  • Pets must be in a pet carrier
  • Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the van

Fare Information

Each one-way ride costs $1
Please pay the driver in exact change each time you enter the van.
